Miss Angelica began dancing at the age of 3 and was soon studying many forms of dance from ballet, tap and jazz to hip-hop, modern, lyrical/contemporary, and musical theater. She was afforded the opportunity to dance in many places including being a featured part of productions such as the Boscov's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Sunoco "Welcome America" 4th of July Parade, Hershey Centennial Parade, Governor Ed Rendell's Inaugural Parade, and her studio's performance of The Nutcracker where she had the leads of Dancing Doll (her favorite!) and Arabian Coffee. She is also an award winning competitive dancer and choreographer, earning top scores and specialty awards for her work.
Miss Angelica began her teaching career in high school shadowing her own teachers and becoming a Student Teacher, eventually having her own classes. It was here she found her love of teaching and creating choreography. She was a part of her high school Co-Op program and worked to learn all the ins and outs of Dance Studio life. She dreamed one day of opening her own place and is thrilled to finally live out those dreams!
Miss Angelica continued her dance education at Adelphi University where she received her degree in both Communications and Dance. She has taken master classes from renowned teachers including Desmond Richardson, Frank Ohman, Mia Michaels, Mandy Moore, Ray Leeper and Tyce Diorio as well as classes offered by ABT and The Paul Taylor Dance Company.
Miss Angelica is a mom to two boys, Luca and Leo, and appreciates the love and support from her husband Joe. She can't wait to see you in class!
